My journey to citizenship began when I arrived in the USA from Bolivia at the age of 12. The struggles my family and I faced motivated me to become an immigration attorney, helping those in similar situations.

 

I specialize in removal and deportation defense, U visa and VAWA, naturalization, humanitarian relief, family immigration, and litigation. I have helped detained clients in ICE custody gain their freedom and have won asylum for clients that thought they had no hope.
